As a Job Seeker, we also collect information you elect to provide to us including a video, the position you are interested in, shift availability, and available start date.
As an employer we also collect information you elect to provide to us including restaurant name, password, address including city, zip code and state.
As a user we collect information regarding your use of the website and app, searches conducted, and other website and app activity.
Why do we collect this information?
Personal information and other data are necessary for the performance of Pluckhired’s website and app. The information is collected to support the intended purpose of Pluckhired’s website and app and create a talent pool of Job Seekers that employers may search thru to find individuals for job openings. We also collect this information to improve our services and user experience. Without the collection of the Personal Information and data we would not be able to provide you with the services available thru Pluckhired’s website and app.
Personal Information and data collected is used to create your account. Job Seeker information is used to create a profile for each Job Seeker in the talent pool. Employer information is used to create a profile and allow employers to search the talent pool.
Who do we share this information with?
Personal Information and other data may be shared with Pluckhired, officers, directors, employees, representatives, with third party service providers we have a business relationship for purposes of providing Pluckhired’s website, mobile app and as required based on applicable laws and regulations.
Job Seeker information is shared with individuals, businesses and organizations that register as an Employer.
Employer information is shared with individuals who register as an Employer, and other users and visitors to Pluckhired’s website and app.
Job Seeker and Employer information may be shared with third-party service providers.
How long do we store your information?
Your information is stored until it is no longer required to provide our service or until you request that we delete your information including personal information. We may also be required to maintain certain information to comply with applicable laws and regulations. If you want us to delete your information including persona information, please contact team@pluckhired.com.
What are your rights with regard to Personal Information?
You have the right to access all personal information, delete personal information and all other rights with regards to personal information under all applicable laws. Please contact team@pluckhired.com for further information regarding your rights with regard to your personal information.

General Terms
We reserve the right to revise, amend, update any provision of this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason and any revision, amendment, update will apply as of the designated date. It is your responsibility to check Pluckhired’s website, app and any emails from Pluckhired regarding any such changes.

The Privacy Policy links to and is incorporated into the Terms and represent the entire understanding between Pluckhired and you.
Where Pluckhired requested your agreement to the Privacy Policy by way of a ‘check box’, ‘click through’ or other ‘I agree’ feature including a ‘Sign Up’ you confirm that you have carefully read and agree to it.
