Our Story
The idea for pluckhired began when we noticed a gap in how service sector jobs were not matched with the right people. Traditional resumes just weren’t cutting it since they lacked the personality, energy, and spark that make candidates stand out in service roles. Hiring managers often spend hours going through papers, hoping to find that one person who brings a role to life. Meanwhile, skilled candidates were struggling to showcase what really made them unique.
So, we asked:

Only businesses that have signed up with pluckhired will be able to see your profile. No other candidates or anyone not approved by pluckhired will have access.
Can I register as both a candidate and an employer?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to join pluckhired in both capacities if you’re looking for a new role while also hiring.
Will my current employer see my profile?
You can set your current employer in the app, which will notify the system not to show your profile to them. If your employer doesn’t know you’re job searching and you want to be sure, you can email us at team@pluckhired.com to check if they’re a member. Keep in mind that employers can join the platform at any time, so while we do our best to block them once you’ve set them, we can’t guarantee complete privacy. If this is a major concern, you might choose to wait before creating a profile—but we hope you’ll join us when the time is right.
Why can’t I apply for jobs directly?
pluckhired is a talent pool, not a job board. We understand candidates get tired of repeatedly filling out lengthy applications and often never hearing back. At pluckhired, we prioritize candidates by creating a platform where employers come to find you, making the process more efficient and personalized.
How much does it cost?
If you’re a job seeker, it’s completely free to join! If you’re looking to hire, you can subscribe for just $25 per month, an affordable, flat-rate option designed to fit your hiring needs.
How do I delete my account?
Of course we hope you will want to remain a part of the pluckhired talent pool (it’s free, anyway), but if you want to remove your profile, simply email us at team@pluckhired.com and we will do it for you. No questions asked!
Is there a limit to how often I can search for candidates?
No, once you join pluchired, the talent pool is available to you any time day or night. We hope you will find that pluckhired works for all your hiring needs. The only thing we ask when using pluckhired, is that you keep in touch with us to let us know when we helped you find the right candidate.
